Our latest upgrade to Matcher and AI Tools makes Wozber better at understanding job descriptions, preserving your real CV details, and producing cleaner, more reliable results from job matching to AI generation.
New Keywords view in Matcher
Alongside the existing Requirements view, Matcher now includes a dedicated Keywords view. It shows categorised keywords from the job description together with their counts in both the job description and your CV. This makes it easier to see which terms are already covered and where important gaps may remain.
Your match rate still depends on using keywords in the right CV sections, but the Keywords view gives you an additional perspective by counting how often each term appears anywhere in your CV. It is a helpful way to review keyword coverage more broadly, while the Requirements view remains the main guide for deeper job-specific optimisation.
New AI result metrics
The AI Tools generation dialog now gives you a clearer before-and-after view of your CV. After generating a new version, Wozber shows content metrics such as word count, reading time, and the number of keywords matched, so you can quickly evaluate conciseness, readability, and target-job alignment before applying the changes.
Smarter Matcher analysis
Matcher now provides more meaningful guidance on what recruiters and applicant tracking systems are likely to scan for. It identifies job requirements with greater precision while filtering out application instructions, hiring-process details, administrative metadata, empty headings, benefits, and other text that does not belong in a CV.
Keyword detection is also more selective. Wozber focuses more strongly on CV-usable skills, actions, tools, credentials, languages, responsibilities, and stakeholder interactions instead of generic words or phrases that only seem important because they are repeated in a job posting.
Better match rate coverage
Match rate calculations now look beyond the core CV sections in more cases. When relevant, additional sections can also contribute to keyword matching, helping Wozber recognise important evidence that may appear in courses, conferences, publications, awards, hobbies, and other sections.
More reliable AI Tools
AI Tools now preserve your original CV details more carefully across tailoring, example generation, shortening, expansion, and translation. Existing facts, metrics, dates, ratings, credentials, rich text formatting, and document structure are protected more strongly, while job description language is used as guidance rather than as unsupported evidence.
This helps Wozber produce results that stay closer to your real background, avoid overclaiming, keep ownership level intact, and reduce the risk of invented tools, responsibilities, dates, or achievements.
