We've rolled out a major upgrade to our ATS Optimization engine, bringing sharper keyword detection and more reliable matching across all supported languages. Here's what's new:
Sharper requirement detection
ATS Optimization now identifies job requirements with much higher precision, while filtering out irrelevant text like company bios, benefits, and other details that don't belong in a resume.
Smarter keyword recognition
Keywords tied to job duties, actions, and the people you'll work with are picked up more reliably. We've also improved inflection detection in resumes, so grammatical variants of the same keyword now match consistently.
Broader skills coverage
Hard skills now include processes, methodologies and other measurable abilities, while soft skills are detected more effectively to highlight both professional and interpersonal strengths.
More precise certification detection
Certification detection has expanded beyond the IT sector. Job-required certificates and licenses across all industries are now recognized with greater precision.
Improved education matching
ATS Optimization is now better at identifying degrees and fields of study, ensuring closer alignment between job descriptions and resumes – even when one uses acronyms and the other doesn't.
Multilingual upgrade
Previously, our strongest performance was in English and German. With this update, Lithuanian and Indonesian now reach the same standard. Plus, AI-powered Suggestions are now available across all ATS Optimization-supported languages.
Other improvements
On top of these major updates, dozens of smaller improvements help cut noise and deliver a cleaner, more dependable match between job descriptions and resumes.
This release strengthens the foundation of ATS Optimization and sets the stage for even more powerful features ahead. More breakthroughs are coming soon!
