Writing a Resume in Past and Present Forms

Information in your targeted resume should be written in two tenses only, past and present, but mostly in a past tense. A present tense is used only if you write about current job experience.

Present Tense Example: I am improving methods in building relationships with clients and team members.

Past Tense Example: Improved system and methods in relationship building with clients and team members.

Don't forget to write about accomplishments instead of duties and everyday responsibilities. Companies are searching for people who can bring results, not people who just do daily tasks.
