A Resume Format for Everyone Who Has Little Career Experience

Short or frequent career changes are not a good sign for a future employer. You don't want to communicate to your prospective employer that you are not able to stay at one place for more than a few months.

If your little working experience is not relevant to a new job position, avoid including it in a resume altogether.

If you only have little experience, then target content at a new job position, and explain why it is that way. Maybe it was a startup that ran out of money, or the company went bankrupt, etc.

Think about your story and how the employer will see you.
