This Privacy Policy sets out the order in which personal data about you may be collected and how it is processed when you use the Programavimo menu studija, UAB ("Wozber", or "The Studio of Software Arts") website at https://www.wozber.com ("Website") or contact us directly or through the official Wozber Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn accounts ("Social Networks").

What kind of personal data do we collect?

  • the information that you submit to us when registering a personal account on the Website: name, surname, e-mail address and personal password (we store a password as a hashed value);
  • the information you provide to us for developing your résumé and/or cover letter through a personal account on our Website: photo, type of desired work, contact details, education, professional experience, information regarding personal skills and knowledge, and other data related to the résumé and/or the development of a cover letter;
  • information related to your purchases from Wozber;
  • the information you provide to us when communicating with us directly or through Social Networks;
  • information about your computer and about your visits and use of our Website, including your IP address, login time and date;
  • the information provided to us by third parties about your payments or other information for which you have given permission to third parties to share it with us;
  • other data that is collected with your consent and which is defined in detail at the time when you are asked for permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your data is accurate and complete. Knowingly entering incorrect data is considered a violation of this Privacy Policy. We will under no circumstances be liable for any damage caused to you and/or third parties due to the fact that you have provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal data, or you have not requested the addition and/or modification of the data after it has changed.

On what legal basis do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data is handled, where appropriate, on the following legal grounds:

  • with your own consent, to process personal data for one or more specific purposes specified in this Privacy Policy;
  • managing your personal data is necessary to provide you the Wozber Services;
  • processing your personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of Wozber or third parties.

What are the objectives for collecting your personal data?

Our processed personal data is used exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal data:

  • to give you the opportunity to create a personal account and use it to visit the Website;
  • for the conclusion of an agreement with you and its execution;
  • for issuing and sending invoices to you;
  • to carry out the loyalty programmes;
  • to communicate with you;
  • for statistical purposes;
  • for the improvement of service quality;
  • for direct marketing purposes, i.e., to communicate our news and other information related to our services that we deem necessary for you by email or other means (you may at any time refuse such news and information by notifying us by email or by logging in to your personal account and unchecking the checkmark in the account settings, or by clicking on the interactive link at the bottom of the message received to prevent future direct marketing messages).

We will protect your personal data that you have submitted to us by registering your personal account and developing your résumés and/or cover letters through your personal account for an indefinite period, but no longer until you delete the data yourself or delete your own account. We will not store your personal data collected more than 2 years after your last login to the Website. When personal data becomes unnecessary for the purposes of their processing or after the expiration of the prescribed retention period, it will be safely destroyed, except for the cases specified by law, when it must be transferred to the archives of the state.

How we handle your personal data if you choose to export your résumé to our partner system?

When you visit the Wozber website using a special partner referral link, we may show you the option to export your résumé to the associated partner system.

If you choose to export your résumé, we will temporarily act as an intermediary and send your résumé to the partner system. If you are not a registered user, we will not store your personal data on our servers after the export.

Before the export, we will ask you to review the provided Partner Privacy Policy and continue only if you accept their practices. We are not responsible for what happens to your exported information in the partner system. If you are interested in deleting or editing the exported information, you need to contact the partner directly through the provided partner website link in the export dialog.

How do we disclose your personal data to third parties?

We may disclose your personal data to our employees, brokers and other entities if it's reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may disclose your personal data:

  • if we must do it according to the law;
  • to protect your rights or interests (including the provision of your data to third parties).

The employees and partners of Wozber are in writing obliged not to disclose to third parties nor to distribute the information of Wozber clients gathered in the Wozber workplace or by communicating with clients directly or through the Social Networks.

Children

We do not provide any services to people under the age of 16, so we do not collect their personal data. If you are under the age of 16 years, do not use our services.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 16, we will delete that information.

  • the right to complaint to The State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding the processing of personal data.

If you have a personal account on our Website, then you can receive information about your collected personal data by clicking on the button "Request Data Export" in your account settings section "Data Export". If you do not have a personal account on our Website or you want to exercise your other rights, you must personally contact Wozber via the following email: hello@wozber.com with a request for the exercise of rights and at the same time to confirm your identity by providing a scanned copy of a valid personal identification document or by any other electronic means in a manner prescribed by law, which allows us to identify you properly with your identification. After receiving your request and evaluating it, Wozber will notify you within 30 calendar days after the request.

Wozber will provide you with the necessary information without any consideration whatsoever when implementing your rights. However, if it becomes clear that your application is manifestly ill-founded or disproportionate, in particular because of its repetitive content, Wozber is entitled to:

  • require payment of a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs of providing the information or of the reports or actions requested; or
  • refuse to act on request.
